  • Prohibiting Renting and Leasing Amendment  | At the June 10th 2010 Open Board Meeting residents petitioned the Board to amend the Squires Bluff  Declaration Article 6.18 which allows Renting and Leasing of all Properties. The Board is considering the requested action. Updates will follow on this website.
  • On June 30th the Board members held a special meeting to discuss, and decide on the residents petitioned request to amend Article 6.18 of our Declarations. Which addresses the requirements for Renting and Leasing of properties.
  • A motion to "amend the Article 6.18 of the Declarations" was made and the Board voted unanimously to go forward with the request. Jim Brant is Board member in charge of this project. If you have question or concerns please submit it in writing.
  • The HOA attorneys will know review the current HOA documents and suggest the applicable wording to be in compliance with Ohio HOA Law.
  • The process requires a document explaining the new amendment change and  be sent to all residents for their review. Then a special meeting is to be held 30 days after the final document have been sent and requires  66 2/3 vote of all owners to pass .................. more information to follow.
  • The HOA attorneys has reviewed the current HOA documents and presented the Board with the current proposal for changing the amendment with the applicable wording to be in compliance with Ohio HOA Law. 8/11/10
  • The Board to review the changes at their August 12th 2010 Board meeting.

  • Special Meeting | September 29th 2010 7PM Eaton Estate Pavilion - Vote for or against the Amendemnt Change ... all owners requested to attend. Topic to be specific to Changing the Squires Bluff Declaration Article VI Section 6.18 Renting and Leasing. A representataive from Kaman and Cusimano our attorneies will be on hand to answer any question. All questioning will be specific to the topic. 9/3/2010

Results from the Thurday  - September 29th Special meeting

  • The Vote for the Amendement Change was 25 for and 9 against. The Board has elected to do a continuance of the special meeting till October 14th at Aries management at 6:30 pm. Residents can attend the owners portion of the meeting to present any outstanding  votes or hear the out come. If you have mailed your proxy to Aries Management and did not attend last nights meeting your vote may not have made it in time to be counted. Please conrtact Aries management to verify your vote was receive and counted.
  • If the additional votes are not received by the extended meeting time frame most likely the vote for the Amendemnt change will fail. 34 votes or 66 2/3 of the owners are needed for the Amendement chage to pass.
