Fall/WinterCleanup Coming

Its that time of year again for all residents to put their summer stuff away. Remember to remove those flowerpots that have been accumulating, items under and around your decks you have been storing, plus any garden ornaments lying around flowerbeds and the yards. This will help clean up our community and improve our fall look. This will also assist the landscaper with doing their fall cleanup of the beds and around the houses.  Please follow the guidelines set forth in our rules.

  • 3.6.07 Storage of Materials and Trash handling (a) Storage of items such as but not limited to bicycles, trash or trash containers, barbecue grills, snow shovels, work tools, boxes, building supplies, seasonal planters, etc. in the front (including on porches, stoops and walkways) or unfenced side yards, or backs of the property is not permitted. Items permitted to be stored on front porches and back decks are exterior furniture items.

We review properties for non-compliance of our R&R's in  Spring and reminder letters are then sent out.

Our Choices
  • We have all chosen to live in one of the nicer communities in Sagamore. It is not an accident . . . and we will strive to become a better community because the homeowners support the strict compliance of a Deed Restricted Community. To maintain the overall aesthetic qualities desirable and to protect our property values in a first-class community.

Bluff Bit | Residents comments:
  • I think this web site is an excellent idea for communicating the  HO associations business. Each HO could have an automatic email sent when  important business or HO association news needs to be communicated sent to the members. Keep up the good ideas.
