New Storm Door Requirements

3.5.01 Restriction on Change of Exterior of Homes

(c) Nothing shall prevent or prohibit the Owner from installing an exterior storm door on a Home (which storm door must be white and allow full view of such exterior door)

Note: all exsisting storm doors not in compliance must revert back to the original builder required standard (white and allow full view) when replacement is needed.

Architectural Changes

Changes that are being planned to the exterior of your property or common area require approval by the Board. No exceptions. Exterior Lights | Outdoor Lantern Lights

Only Board approve Outdoor Lantern light

The Board is in the process of setting the; Guidelines for replacement Outdoor Lantern Lights. Because of the variation in locally available colors and styles we are requesting  all residents submit an ACR for their replacement light selection.

The Original Builder Standard

Coach style = Squared or Octagonal

Size = Approximately size 8x12x8

Color = Brass

Note: all non-conforming installed Lantern Lights must revert back to either an Board approved or original builder standard replacement light when being replaced.
